So! What happened? Got hit? Got hurt? Knocked down? Thrown out?
Well !!! You know how every epic in the world goes like?
The Winner loses initial battles, goes through torments;physical and emotional, then he develops his strengths, re-do his strategies and goes on to conquer.
But then there's another character in these epics, the one who surrenders at his first defeat. Everyone despises him as a coward.
So, you lost a battle. Now the game is in your hand. Whom you decide to be?
Hero Or Coward?
Look at your life like this. If it were a movie being made on your life. Where would you have wanted this story to go from here?
What would be the storyline? How you re-constructed yourself or how you lived throughout like a loser.

You know you can do it. You can build anything out of you. No matter how hard life has put you down, if your breaths are counting, you still have the chance. You always have, until you refuse to take it.
Bounce back and show how it is done.

Let the first defeat build your character, your patience, your capabilities and inturn your life.
Go step by step. Follow these steps and you'll definitely bounce back higher.
1) Hope. Never lose it. The biggest sin is the sin of despair. Do not succumb to it. Never be deprived of hope. It will always push you forward.
2) Choose Yourself. Everyday in the morning when you wake up, make a choice. Choose yourself above anything else. It's time you need yourself the most. Everything else can wait. Choose joy over misery. Choose to be joyful atleast today, no matter what. Repeat this choice and it will become your personality. A Happy mind does wonders. You can't improve with a sick mind.
3) Gratitude. Be grateful for what ever you are left with. You still have this much to rebuild yourself. Do not dwell in complaining. Take what you have and build your own iron man suit from raw pieces of iron.
4) Accept Defeat. Most important, don't look at your defeat like "There might be something good in it" Or "I never wanted it anyway. "

5) Keep Moving. Finally, just don't stop. Keep moving in the direction you had started. Play deaf to all the negative comments, play smart with challenges, play ruthless, play like a pro...
Somewhere while doing all this, you'll be inching closer to your destiny without you even realising. So don't stop just because you don't feel it coming. It will come silently, And hug (っ⌒‿⌒)っ you sweetly. But to enjoy that sweet embrace , you must know the taste of sweat.
So, just don't worry for now. If you are down today, smile and start again. It may not have happened today, but one day it will.
